Snowden is not a whistleblower

Wanted to make it known that Snowden is not a whistleblower and does not fall under that protective status. There are guidelines that need to be followed, which he didn't. He is no hero, same as Bradley. Both are traitors and should be punished as such. Fuck them both. Even the guy who was supposedly the first NSA whistleblower a few years ago.  Fuck him too.

1st Amendment rights no longer apply?

You know what irritates me, it's the fact the if someone in the public eye pokes fun of the president, they are punished. Did you hear about the rodeo clown who was banned from ever working in a rodeo again because he wore an Obama mask? Oh the horror.

Things that the liberal left said towards George W. Bush were a lot worse than that, but they got a free pass, because they hid behind the veil of being a public talk show host or a comedian.

Based on this, does this mean that because Obama is in office, we can't say anything towards him or his administration all because he's considered a Progressive liberal democrat (AKA: Communist). We have the freedom of speech, which limits the government and empowers the people.  What is really hurting us is the mainstream media. If they put something up to where everyone can see it all the time, people start believing it, even if it's a huge lie. The media was never behind George Bush, but they support the Obama administration with vigor. This is even after the scandal broke that the Obama administration was monitoring their private emails, phone calls, etc. They still support this tyrant like it's going out of style. I don't get it.

Does the government follow the Constitution or the Communist Manifesto? You decide.

It has been awhile since I last wrote, but I wanted to make a point as to where I think this country is going as a whole. The thing is that I'm not the only one that thinks this. Look how our government has gotten to the point that our Constitution doesn't seem to apply to our federal government. More and more it seems that our government takes away more and more of our rights while we sit back and do nothing. This administration alone seems to be using the book "Communist Manifesto" as its guidebook. I have copied the 10 pillars of communism below to show and hopefully bring to light what the government seems to be doing. When George H.W. Bush mentioned the "New World Order", it seems that the plan to bring that upon us hasn't changed no matter who has been in power, whether they are democrat or republican. Here are the 10 Pillars of Communism and you can see for yourself that our government, at least seems, to be using these guidelines as way to promote their agenda.

The Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto
1848 by Karl Heinrich Marx
How "Marxist" Has the United States Become?

Although Marx advocated the use of any means, especially including violent revolution, to bring about socialist dictatorship, he suggested ten political goals for developed countries such as the United States. How far has the United States -- traditionally the bastion of freedom, free markets, and private property -- gone down the Marxist road to fulfill these socialist aims? You be the judge. The following are Marx's ten planks from his Communist Manifesto.

 1. Abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose. The courts have interpreted the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868) to give the government far more "eminent domain" power than was originally intended, Under the rubric of "eminent domain" and various zoning regulations, land use regulations by the Bureau of Land Managementproperty taxes, and "environmental" excuses, private property rights have become very diluted and private property in landis, vehicles, and other forms are seized almost every day in this country under the "forfeiture" provisions of the RICO statutes and the so-called War on Drugs..

 2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. The 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913 (which some scholars maintain was never properly ratified), and various State income taxes, established this major Marxist coup in the United States many decades ago. These taxes continue to drain the lifeblood out of the American economy and greatly reduce the accumulation of desperately needed capital for future growth, business starts, job creation, and salary increases.

 3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance. Another Marxian attack on private property rights is in the form of Federal & State estate taxes and other inheritance taxes, which have abolished or at least greatly diluted the right of private property owners to determine the disposition and distribution of their estates upon their death. Instead, government bureaucrats get their greedy hands involved .

 4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. We call it government seizures, tax liens, "forfeiture" Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process.

 5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly. The Federal Reserve System, created by the Federal Reserve Act of Congress in 1913, is indeed such a "national bank" and it politically manipulates interest rates and holds a monopoly on legal counterfeiting in the United States. This is exactly what Marx had in mind and completely fulfills this plank, another major socialist objective. Yet, most Americans naively believe the U.S. of A. is far from a Marxist or socialist nation.

 6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state. In the U.S., communication and transportation are controlled and regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established by the Communications Act of 1934 and the Department of Transportation and the Interstate Commerce Commission (established by Congress in 1887), and the Federal Aviation Administration as well as Executive orders 11490, 10999 -- not to mention various state bureaucracies and regulations. There is also the federal postal monopoly, AMTRAK and CONRAIL -- outright socialist (government-owned) enterprises. Instead of free-market private enteprrise in these important industries, these fields in America are semi-cartelized through the government's regulatory-industiral complex.

 7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. While the U.S. does not have vast "collective farms" (which failed so miserably in the Soviet Union), we nevertheless do have a significant degree of government involvement in agriculture in the form of price support subsidies and acreage alotments and land-use controls. The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. As well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.

 8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture. We call it the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and of course Executive order 11000. And I almost forgot...The Equal Rights Amendment means that women should do all work that men do including the military and since passage it would make women subject to the draft.

 9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country. We call it the Planning Reorganization Act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public "law" 89-136.

 10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc. People are being taxed to support what we call 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based "Education" .

So, is the U.S. a "free country" today? Hardly! Not compared to what it once was. Yet, very few Americans today challenge these Marxist institutions, and there are virtually no politicians calling for their repeal or even gradual phase-out. While the United States of America may still have more freedoms than most other countries, we have nonetheless lost many crucial liberties and have accepted the major socialist attacks on freedom and private property as normal parts of our way of life. The nation, whose founders included such individualists as Thomas Jefferson, George Mason, James Madison, John Adams and Patrick Henry, has gradually turned away from the principles of individual rights, limited constitutional government, private property, and free markets and instead we increasingly have embraced the failed ideas and nostrums of socialism and fascism. We should hang our heads in shame for having allowed this to happen. But, it is not too late to reverse these pernicious burdens and instead enact pro-freedom reforms to put our nation back on track again. It can be done. In some ways the Left has a head start over us on the pro-freedom Right. The enemies of American freedom do admittedly dominate the entertainment industry, television news media, and academia -- but we have the tremendous strategic advantage that reality (including man's nature) is on our side; so, unlike the socialists and "liberals" (welfare-state fascists), we are not in the position of having to advocate a system which constantly tries to "make water to go uphill" -- or force human beings into a rigid utopian staitjacket based on the whims of some clique of central planning bureaucrats. We know that individual freedom for peaceful people within a constitutional republic works in practice; our country's history demonstrates that. The piecemeal abandonment of those principles and institutions which once made America great has proved to be a a dead-end road to failure. That is why I tend to be a long-term optimist even though things often look pretty glum in the meantime. Just as Prohibition was eventually repealed, I feel encouraged that such key statist achievements as the income tax, government schools, fiat money/central banking (the Federal Reserve), "environmentalist" regulations, property forfeiture laws, and other Marxist planks and leftist institutions can be rolled back and repealed altogether, although it may take several decades. Those who would carry forward the ideas and principles of self-ownership, private property, free markets, laissez faire, the rule of law, and constitutionalism which informed America's founders must become more active on the key ideological battle fronts. We need more influence not just in politics, but in areas of entertainment, academia, journalism, think tanks, churches (we need our own individualist Walter Rauschenbushes), literature, art, and other venues of expression and activism. Marxism and socialism have proved to be colossal failures all over the world. As Frederic Bastiat wrote in his classic The Law just prior to his death, "let us now try liberty"!

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, special MSM treatment?

So let me get this right, you have a doctor who is on trial for murder but the news doesn't really say anything about it except for the conservative channels. If you are wondering why it isn't on the news much , it's because while this doctor was doing the murdering, it was "fetuses" that he was killing. Making this too public would go against the liberal belief that abortion is ok and it's fine. What he was doing was aborting babies who were over the 24 week limit, which violates federal law, but some of the babies didn't die when administered drugs. Since the decision was previously made to abort the baby, and if the baby was born alive after the drugs was given, he would cut the spinal cord with a pair of scissors killing the baby then. Why isn't the media saying jack shit about this, but if someone beats a dog or kicks an elephant, it's front page news, PETA wants your ass in a sling, and it's a CNN special alert?! What the fuck people?!!! They have proof that these babies were alive and screaming when this doctor literally cut their spinal cord with a pair of scissors. I wish we treated those on death row this way, but that is inhumane. The same procedure is done while only the head is left in the birth canal too. Why is it ok to kill a baby like this, but it is considered inhumane to put a death row inmate, who is guilty of murder to death the same way? We consider ourselves as civilized, but we are far from it. Here are some posts about this guy. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-57582429-504083/kermit-gosnell-murder-trial-no-verdict-after-first-full-day-of-deliberations-in-abortion-doctor-case/ http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/kermit-gosnell-jury-day-deliberations-article-1.1332279 I hope this guy dies the same way his victims did. This guy disgusts me.

Voter registration

We conservatives need to make sure that we are all registered voters. Romney would have won if it wasn't for his supporters not being registered voters. You have to understand that the left will do anything in their power, even vote more than once, to get their exalted one in power. After all the Democratic party is the Santa Claus to these people. We have to make sure that we get out there and do the same. I'm guilty just as others are. This time around I'm not going to let that happen again. 2014 is coming up and 2016 is soon after. So we better do what we can to make sure our votes are counted and put someone in who is going to preserve our liberties.

Obama all Cozy With Putin?

All I can ask is why in the hell is President Obama all cozy with Vladimir Putin? Doesn't make sense. Read the following store at the URL provided. http://thecable.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2013/04/19/obama_thanks_putin_for_help_in_boston

More than one gun bill as part of pro/anti gun control

Hey people, please take in mind that there are multiple gun bills going in front of the Senate. I thought that they were all in one bill, go to www.senate.gov to check them out. Do it now, it's your civic duty.

Assault Weapons Ban

President Obama, in light of recent issues that has happened in the last week with the gun bills failing in the Senate and a terrorist attack in Boston, I think you need to worry more about protecting this country than having a hissy fit and crying because the people spoke maintaining our 2nd Amendment rights. When is it going to stop with you? You are pissed because you and Feinstein didn't get your way, so you are going to act like all socialist liberals act, and basically use your Presidential rights to limit ours. I don't think you understand that doing so will hurt any chance the Democrats have of gaining votes during the next election cycle, especially 2014. I also believe that doing what you want to do to limit the 2nd Amendment, using Executive power, will have major repercussions come in 2016. As a whole, the country isn't socialist or communist as you want us to believe. You use deceit and slight of hand to push your agenda. You, as a political head voted in by the people (somehow) have used your power to limit our rights since you have been in office. I think the Democratic controlled Senate understands that if they piss us off to much, they will no longer have a job. This is your last term, but what you are doing will affect the presidential election in 2016. Just sayin' Me.

Letter to Sen Warner

I wrote Senator Warner in regards to the 2nd Amendment and that he should oppose any law that goes against our Constitutional rights.

Sen. Warner,
I received your message April 4, 2013 regarding a comment that I sent you a few weeks ago in regards to the 2nd Amendment and how I feel about the matter. However, the message I received seemed to be a template that others have received as well, but I feel that I have to respond to the template letter that was sent to me.
The 2nd Amendment rights were put into place not to guarantee our hunting rights; as GOV Quomo would like many of us to believe. The citizens have the 2nd Amendment as defense against a tyrannical government, foriegn or domestic. What gets me is what part of "shall not be infringed" do you and other elected officials don't understand? The Constitution was written in a way that anyone, even a kid, could read and understand.

Yes, what happened to those kids in CT is a tragedy however, why should law abiding citizens have to pay for Adam Lanza's crime? Why do Senators like Sen. Feinstein feel that law abiding citizens have to pay for what a few people have done in recent history?  Again, what part of "shall not be infringed" do you and other elected officials don't understand? Why are those that are for gun control work feverishly to restrict law abiding citizens rights to gun ownership, but don't do anything to punish those that cause harm to their fellow man?
Now that some states have started to pass some strict gun control laws, when is the absurdity going to stop? What is going to happen when something else as crazy happens? Confiscation, because it's for the children?

In your reply, you mentioned that our 2nd Amendment rights come with limitations, does that also mean that the rest of the Constitution come with limitations as well?  Does our freedom of speech, press, the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, and religion also come with limitations? What about the 4th Amendment, do our rights that protect us from illegal search and seizure also come with limitations? What kind of person, who serves the people of this nation is open to these so called limitations to our Constitutional rights? If the 2nd Amendment is taken away or limited (infringed), what guarantees the citizens of this country that our other Constitutional rights aren't infringed? The more I think about it, who's side is the government really on anyway? The criminal or the citizen? Your actions show the criminal. Do you believe that because new laws or restrictions that are put in place are going to make criminals not use a gun to rob someone who is unarmed? Do you, and other's with the same mindset, really believe that limiting law abiding citizens' 2nd Amendment rights, is going to curb the criminal element? Pot, heroin, crack, cocaine is already illegal. People are getting arrested daily for the sale, use, and purchase of those items. They are illegal, but it isn't keeping illegal drugs out of America.

You mentioned that the NRA rated you an "A",  I don't really care what the NRA ranked you as, you still have a duty to uphold and defend the Constitution. To me having an "A" rating basically tells me that you got an "A" for showing up to do your job. Either you are for the 2nd Amendment in it's entirety or you're not at all. Simple as that, there isn't any middle ground on this issue and the same goes for the rest of the Constitution.
I do think that if someone is currently on some heavy or strong, doctor prescribed drugs, they shouldn't be allowed to purchase a rifle or pistol, while they are taking the prescription.  Why should the use of legal doctor prescribed drugs pretty much dictate when you should be allowed to protect yourself or others? Adam Lanza, the Aurora theater shooter, and others who committed crimes of this magnitude were all on doctor prescribed psychotic drugs.

When it comes to the anti-gun people using false or wrong information to prove their point I don't see you, as an NRA "A" rated politician, correcting the person when wrong information is being repeated by other politicians.  If you were a true believer in the 2nd Amendment, you would be more vocal. All people who serve in an elected government role (local, state, and federal) should remember that it was the people, or citizens, that put them in that role and those elected officials answer to the people not the President or a lobbyist. The Constitution is pretty cut and dry and it seems that the "smartest" people in the world can't seem to wrap their brain around that thought.

Saturday, March 30, 2013

I know it has been a while since I posted and well, I have nothing to say. These last few months has had me so pissed off with what is going on in Washington that I couldn't even fathom a sentence.

What really gets me is the huge fight against our 2nd Amendment rights. Who the fuck gives the right to our government to just arbitrarily take those away? I am actually hearing that Biden is working hard to actually confiscate them. I thought the Supreme Court of the land has already said that infringing on gun rights is un-Constitutional. What the fuck gives our government the right to do anything like that? You have federal agencies such as DHS buying a shit ton of ammo. They say the need it for training. I call bullshit. Even though most agencies do buy ammo, they don't need millions and billions of rounds because not everyone uses a gun. I see the argument that what the DHS bought only gives 100 per agent. Since when does DHS, DOD, and others use hollow points? All government training is done using ball ammo, not hollow points. I even read that these agents train with actually what they use, that is such bullshit. I know for a fact that no one (maybe a very select few) in any government agency trains with hollow points. It's too expensive, what the DHS is doing is just buying ammo to stock pile it so that the citizens can't have it or drive the cost up to where the average citizen can't afford it.   If that is not a direct violation of our rights I don't know what it.

You know, I think that if there is a total gun confiscation it wouldn't last long. I think that the people would have had a enough and a few things will come of it.  Those who are for gun rights will actually start creating their own towns and what not, arm themselves, and live free prosperous lives which the Constitution protects.  The anti-gun sheeple will live in their utopia, but hate life non the same only because everything they do is forced on them by the government they created.

Election time is coming, and I hope that all of us pro gun people band together and make sure that these tyrants do not make it into office again.  What is going to happen if they do confiscate all of the guns? I think that would push people over the edge, but in a bad way.

We just have to work really hard to get and KEEP these tyrants out of office, there is an election coming up and I hope this is used to our advantage as a wake up call to those politicians.  If they don't do what we want, then you will be looking for another job. They work for us and I think that those politician forget that.

Till next time fuckers...

Dear Pierce Morgan,

Since you have no clue as to why we have the 2nd Amendment I will explain this in a way your "elite pseudo-intellectual" ass can understand it.

The reason we have the 2nd Amendment is because of your government imposing absolute authority on the Colonists here. Your government during the pre-Revolution did some pretty jacked up stuff to our forefathers so those actions were the template as to why our government and Constitution was written the way it was.

Honestly, the anti-gun politicians seem to show that they don't care how much crime is in the country because of guns or with the absence of guns.  To me it isn't about crime, they exploit actions such as the Aura shooting and the Sandy Hook shooting to move forward to a goal using the anti-gun agenda to reach that goal.  What their goal is I'm not sure, but with a democrat working on getting the term limits changed so presidents can do more than 2 terms; seems to be another agenda to meet a goal. That being said, the goal seems to take on a dictatorship or socialist agenda. Similiar to Chavez, Stalin, etc. Their President is "elected", but he ends up getting elected for over 8 years maintaining a control over the people.

I wish people like you would understand that if our government takes away our 2nd Amendment rights, you are not a citizen remember; then they can take away the rest of them or change them in a way that is beneficial to a socialist government. They are already doing that now.  Why would the government be concerned about video games and what is on TV now?

The 1st Amendment basically states that we have the freedom of press, speech, religion (not from religion), peaceful assembly, and redress (the government with our concerns).  The government put VP Biden in charge to "look" into this issue and already starting  the process to "nickel and dime" our 1st Amendment rights,  like they have been doing with the 2nd Amendment without having to actually voting to get rid of the Amendment.  These liberal types consider those like me to be Puritans and not sophisticated, but do everything in their power to limit my rights. Then they get Hollywood on board to make PSA's and they are just as dumb because in their films and movies there is a lot of violence. How else would they make their money right now?  What they don't understand is that the Hollywood types are just pawns, and nothing more.

I saw the video of when you were interviewing Jesse Ventura. He compared gun deaths to drunk driver deaths and you said that it doesn't compare. Well, if the car or gun is a tool that has to have human intervention to work, then it is a valid argument.  Neither a car or gun can jump up on it's own and start shooting people or drive itself to kill people by running them over. I think you are smart enough to understand that...at least I hope you and others like you are.

I will say this though before I close. You are here in this country as a guest. Since when does your opinion on our matters mean anything anyway? Would you like it if there was a hot debate in your home land and an American was on the "tele" viewing their opinion? I doubt that you wouldn't get a little upset about that.

I heard a quote on a show listen to all the time and it sets the scene perfectly. "Socialism is for the people, not the socialist".  If it was for equality, Chaves's family would be suffering the same way the rest of the Venezuelans are.  Michael Moore and others like them would give up millions of their earned dollars to be equal to the rest of us. I don't see them doing that, so I guess they (Hollywood) also consider us as nothing more than peasants as well.

Thought inducing....

This is going to be a short entry today, but thought that it would invoke some thought from you all.  Why is it OK for the government to take away our rights a little at a time, but allow illegals to choose what laws they follow and then support them in their quest to violate our laws.  I just don't get it.

Thought for the day: If you are for restricting my 2nd Amendment rights, I'm for restricting your 1st Amendment rights.  Think about that one.

2nd Amendment and my thoughts about it.

Ok people, I'm a bit pissed. The more and more I think about this issue, which is a hot one right now, gets me hot under the collar.

First of all, my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to the Sandy Hook shooting.  It was a dispicable act of violence done by one person. What irritates me is that now the anti-gunners want to exploit this and use it to get more laws passed to further an agenda.  What confuses me is, why is it OK for people to go out of their way to take my Constitutional rights away, but keep the ones that support their needs?

You have the newspaper in Conneticut that posted personal information of CCW holders. I think that is a blatant violation of privacy. And the people who's information was put out in public, should fight back and sue the paper.  What is the difference between that information getting put out, than say putting the people who work for the papers' SSNs out for public viewing. It's dispicable behavior, but to those ass holes out there the ends justify the means.

Saw an article on Bloomberg in regards to the online sale of firearms and I about blew a gasket. Again, anti-gunners do not do any research.  First of all any reputable online gun auction or online seller will not send the controlled item of a firearm without getting a fax from the FFL of your choosing to go through the proper steps and legal steps to own that rifle or pistol. And WILL ONLY SEND IT TO AN FFL HOLDER and they must prove they have the proper credentials.

Yes, you can purchase a gun online, but it has to be sent to an FFL if it is the controlled part of the rifle or pistol. Let me explain:

1) Say you want to buy an AR15 upper (the part with the barrel. Doesnt include the receiver, handle, and stock), you can do so online and have it sent to your house. This is because you have to have the lower in addition to the upper to actually have the rifle to shoot. If you bought only the ar15 lower, even with out the upper, that item has to be SHIPPED TO AN FFL and state and federal paperwork has to be filled out. It isn't as easy as you make it out to be.

2) For a pistol, well a semi-auto pistol to be more precise. You can by the slide online and have it sent to your house, but if you buy only the frame (the part with the handle) you still have to have that item SENT TO AN FFL and fill out the required paperwork.

3) If you buy a machine gun, that has to be sent to an authorized CLASS 3 dealer. You would then fill out the required paperwork, submit fingerprints, get permission from your state police, have paperwork sent to ATF, wait 6 months. That is after you get checked out to make sure you aren't a bad or evil person.

Do I think the person who did the shooting is a POS? Yes. What I don't understand is that why do anti-gun people seem to not get the fact that there are evil people in this world.  Why do they feel they have the right to take my 2nd amendment rights away, at the same time calling me paranoid? If i'm paranoid because I have guns, why do you purchase life, flood, earthquake, and other supplemental insurance? I get the fact that some insurance is required, which I still think is BS too.

That's it for today boys and girls. Till next time. Until then say your prayers, kiss your significant other and hope for the best. It's a new year and new challenges are coming.

Happy New Year everyone.
